“On the art of cinematography at WFS” is an original course led by dr hab. Katarzyna Taras, which has already hosted some of the most distinguished cinematographers, including Janusz Kamiński and Andrzej Bartkowiak. The goal of the course is to introduce students to the unique sensibilities, artistic paths, and achievements of Polish cinematographers.
Our upcoming guest lecturer is Piotr Sobociński Jr. - cinematographer, winner of five Eagles, two Golden Frogs, and two PSC Awards. He has collaborated with Jan Komasa, Wojciech Smarzowski, Łukasz Palkowski, and Piotr Domalewski. He is the cinematographer behind "The Ministers", "Corpus Christi", "Hatred", and "Gods". Member of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
